Four starters or no event, five starters or no second prize. Competitors must send in their last two years’ performances, if none during that period the last four to be sent. Local means a bona fide resident of the Inglewood County for at least six months. The Committee reserve the right to rehandicap, postpone the sports, or make any alterations they may deem, necessary.
