Mr. L. W. 11-ttvell will leave New Plymouth to-morrow morning for Lake Taupo, where he will spend a holiday camping.

Mr. A. M. Perredes, who has been resident in Taranaki for a year, will leave next week for Sydney on his return to Jersey, Channel Islands. Mr. and Mrs. O. H. McCormack, Detroit, Michigan, U.S.A., and Mr. and Mrs. Pat Ward, Wellington, are guests at the White Hart, New Plymouth.

The death occurred at Petone on Tuesday of Mrs. Monica Fagan, wife of the Hon. Mark Fagan, M.L.C., states a Press Association message. The funeral took place at the Karori cemeterv and was attended by several members of the Legislative Council and the House of Representatives.
