SERVANTS OF BOROUGH
COUNCILLORS AND MAYORS CLERKS, ENGINEERS, FOREMEN. YEARS OF ADMINISTRATION. ' Over the long period of years since the constitution of the Hawera borough on January 2, 1882, and the first meeting of the council on February 10 of that year the town has been well and faithfully served by its mayors and councillors.
