MODIFICATION OF RULES SOUGHT.

Camkin, on behalf of Lindrum and Newman, who will tour Canada and the United States in February, has .cabled the American Billiards Association seeking a modification of the rules aiming at giving themselves and the Americans an equal chance of success.
