NEW PLYMOUTH SWIMMERS
CONTINUATION OF CLUB NIGHTS.
The weekly club night of the New Plymouth Swimming Chib was held at the municipal baths last night. The water was warm and there was a good attendance. Aggregate races were continued, with coaching at intervale, and a practice game of polo was played. Considering the longer distances for the races, the handicapping was good. Details are:—
66 2-3 yards junior girls: B. Taylor 1, M. Fletcher 2, D. Jordan 3. 75 -yards intermediate girls: L. Fox 1, J. Pepperell 2, F. Florence 3. 66 2-3 yards senior ladies: Miss B; Gay ton 1, Mrs. Go venlock 2, Miss Claudia. Weston 3.
66 -2-3 yards junior boys: A. Blair 1, Af; Berg 2, P. Hannan 3. 75 yards intermediate boys: J. Campbell 1, J. Ryan and J. Neville dead-heat
150 yards senior men; —First heat: R. Shaw 1, At. Neville 2, R. Perkins 3. Second heat: R. Gay ton 1, H. Anthony 2, H. S. Weston 3.
