SOUTH TARANAKI TENNIS

ENTRIES FOR CHAMPIONSHIPS. Record entries numbering about 150 have been received to date for the South Taranaki championship tenuis tournament at the Hawera Club’s courts next Saturday, Monday and Tuesday. The tournament committee has contrived this year to give visitors more than actual tennis. A complimentary dauee has been arranged for them on the Saturday night and arrangements are in hand for a trip to Dawson Falls on the following day. The courts are in excellent condition.
