TAIROA SAILS SHORT-LOADED ARGUMENT OVER THE WEATHER. ALLEGATION OF GO-SLOW TACTICS The disputes committee of shipping authorities and. waterside workers had gtill reached no decision last night regarding the stoppage of work on the Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Tairoa at the port of New Plymouth on Friday. Loading was continued on Saturday, however, though independent observers alleged that the men, while quiet .and orde.rly, had apparently adopted a '•'go-slow’’ policy.
