ALLEGED THEFT OF £275
EMPLOYEE OF OIL COMPANY. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, Oct. 16. Evan Kenneth McGillivray, charged with the theft of £275 belonging to the Shell Oil Company, pleaded guilty and was committed for sentence. It was stated that accused was the company’s cashier, and the defalcations arose from the payment of Government or local body vouchers. Restitution had been made" from the own money in this pro vident fund.
