REGULATION GOLF CLUBS'
DECISION OF ST. ANDREW’S. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Oct. 15. The St. Andrew’s committee has ruled that after January 1 the faces of iron golf clubs shall be smooth except that thev may have a shallow line and dpt markings. All rough or raised edges must be removed and no preparation causing back spin shall be applied to club heads.
