An extensive anti-cyclone covers the northern litsmiui Sea and practically the whole of Australia. Freshening northerly to westerly winds are probable, backing to southwesterly within the next 24 hours. Seas will be rather rough south cf Cape Egmont and rising about Cook and Foveaux Straits. They will be modciato elsewhere.
