FEILDING SHAREHOLDERS DECIDE By Telegraph—Press Association. Feilding, Sept. ■ 19. Shareholders of the Feilding Farmers’ Freezing Company at a meeting to-day adopted unanimously a resolution in favour of the sale of all. the assets of the company to Borthwick’® at a figure which will return shareholders approximately 40 per cent, of the invested capital.
