WELLINGTON EAST POST OFFICE.-The new building on Cambridge Terrace ercted for the Postal Department is now nearing completion, and when finished will be occupied entirely by postal staffs. The building as can be seen by the photograph, is of conspicious design, and can be seen from many paris of the city. It has been constructed with particular attention to strength, and is said to be quite earthquake-proof.
