VICTORIA LEAGUE.
The members of the West End Croquet Chib are acting as hostesses at the floral tea in the Victoria League room next Friday. An interesting programme has been arranged. Members are asked to • bring friends. The ‘‘open” evening of the Victoria League play-reading circle takes place on Thursday, when ‘‘The Tyranny of Tears,” by Haddon Chambers, will be read.
