Ati a meeting of the council, of the New; Zealand Football Association tonight it was decided to’play the final of .the : Chatham’ Cup ’ between; Nomads (Chrietehurch) and Tramurewa (Auckoh the Basin. Reserve at Wellington on September 12. The''Westland Club wrote calling attention to what was considered an unfair off-sifte decision by tlie referee in tlie Nomad-Dbbson match and recommended that ;in all future Chatham Cup semifinals 1 a neutral referee should be appointed, no matter what the expense. The recommendation was noted .for future occasiolis. ■ : ; _
