• Tangail, in the Dacca division of East Bengal, which is notorious for terrorist activities, was the scene of another outrage to-day. Mr. Alexander Cassell, Commissioner of the Dacca Division, Was shot iu the thigh by a youth when he was about to visit the eo-operative bank. The assailant escaped. Mr, Cassel’s wound is not serious.
