WANTS HEART TO HEART TALK. ANXIOUS TO KEEP AGREEMENT. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 11.30 p.m. Delhi, Aug. 23. Mr Gandhi has telegraphed the Viceroy, Viscount Willingdon, seking an interview. It is understood he assured the Viceroy of his desire to prevent the breakdown of the Delhi agreement and is anxious to have a heart to heart talk with the Viceroy.
