FAT SHEEP EASIER

.Prices for both fat sheep and dairy stock were easier at the Feilding sale to-day, when large yardings were offered. In the fat sheep pens the Quality was not up to that showing last week, and prices were down about 2s 6d per head all round; ewes particularly were easier, but wethers and black faces not so far below the prices of a week ago. Fat wethers: Primest heavy, 20s; very good, 17s to 17s lOd; good, 16s 9d; fair, 13s 8d to 14s 3d.

Fat ewes; Primest, 17s 9d to 18s; prime, 16s 6d to 17e 4d; good, 12s 6d to 14s 6d; fair, Ils 4d; poor, 8s sd. Fat b.f.’s, very good condition, 19s 3d to 19s sd.

Fat hoggets: Fairly good condition, 12s 7d to 14s; fair, Ils Id to Ils 8d; poorer, at- 8s Gd; fat lambs, 18s.
