MEETINGS. NEW PLYMOUTH CITIZENS' BAND Incorporated. IS HEREBY GIVEN that an extraordinary general meeting of the members and supporters of the New Plymouth Citizens’ Band Incorporated will be held at the Band Room, Leach Street, New Plymouth, on THURSDAY EVENING, August 27, at 8 o’clock, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following resolutions. “That the representation of the Citizens’ Band on the committee of the proposed New Plymouth. Municipal . and Taranaki Regimental Band, as agreed to by the committee of the Citizens’ Band, be confirmed.” ALSO: “That the New Plymouth Citizens’ Band Incorporated be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of Section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908, and that Mr, T. P. Anderson, solicitor of New Plymouth, be hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.” Should the said resolutions be passed it will be submitted for confirmation by another meeting to be subsequently convened.
