FAMILY INJURED IN SMASH
CAR CRASH IN WELLINGTON.
POLICE SEARCHING FOR CAR.

Wellington, August 22. Mr. and Mrs. Abbott, 5 Beach Street, Petone, who were driving home in a car last night with their children, were struck by another car on -Thorndon Quay and capsized. All were more or less injured. Mrs. Abbott was taken to hospital with injuries to her leg. The other car pulled out ami continued without ■ stopping. Its bumper bar is torn oil* and the police are making inquiries.
