COLLISION KILLS WOMAN

THREE HOSPITAL CASES

FOUR MEMBERS OF ONE FAMILY. MOTOR-CARS ALMOST WRECKED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Masterton, Last Night. As the result of a collision between two cars on the Masterton-Carterton road at Waingawa about 5.40 on Saturday afternoon one person was killed and five were injured, three being taken to hospital. One ear was driven by William Grose, dental mechanic, Masterton, and with him were four passengers. The other ear was driven by Robert Coulston, head butcher at the Waingawa' abattoirs, who was the sole occupant. The casualties.are: Killed. Mrs. Grose. Injured and in Hospital. William Grose. Mrs. Greathead (Mr?. Grose’s mother). Thomas Grose, aged 10. All suffering from head injuries.. Injured and taken home: Leonard Unswoi’th, chemist’s assistant, and Robert Coulston. Both cars were almost wrecked.
