IMPROVEMENT IN CONDITIONS. ' b By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, July 31. Better success attended the efforts made this morning bjfc the Radio Broadcasting Company of New Zealand B to broadcast tho summary sent out. from London of the second day’s play in the test match. The conditions were considerably better than those which marred reception yesterday morning, and while the two-way conversation was strictly limited it was possible to hear most of the remarks made by the five speakers at the London end: Mr. Donnelley, of the New Zealand Cricket Council, and Gilligan, Lowry, Chapman and Jardine.
