Professor Selim Hassan, of the Egyptian University, has discovered near the Giza. Pyramids 20 tombs, .the most .important being that of the son-in-law of Noserra. fourth king of the Fifth Dynasty, who reigned from 2722 to 2691 B.C. One of the rarest objects found was the well-preserved sk”ll of Noserra’s daughter. This is said to be the first instance of the finding intact of a skull belonging to an old Egyptian dynasty.
