BROUGHT BACK TO DOMINION
STOWAWAYS ON SHIP TARANAKI.
TRANSFER TO MATAKANA AT SEA.

Auckland, Last Night.
Three men who stowed away on- the Shaw, Savill and Albion Company’s motor-ship Taranaki before she left Wellington for London on June 5 were brought back to New Zealand by the company’s ' steamer Mdtakana, which arrived ’at Auckland from London last night. The stowaways were transferred from the Taranaki to the Maiakana in the Caribbean Sea on Juno 25, a boat being lowered from the Taranaki for the purpose. When the Matakana berthed this morning the men were handed over to the police.
