THE LATE MR. M. FLEMING
TRIBUTE FROM DAIRY COMPANY.
Reference to the death of Mr. M. Fleming, Pungarehu, was made on Saturday at° the annual meeting of suppliers to the Cape Egmont Dairy Company, of which he had been a foundation member and chairman for 34 years. Sympathy with his relatives was expressed. The acting chairman, Mr. P. Brophy, said Mr. Fleming had worked for forty years or more for the betterment of the district. Under his guidance the company had grown from a very small one to one of the foremost in Taranaki. The sound financial position was due to his foresight and business ability. Mr. H. R. Neilson, a fellow director, and Mr. E. H. Taylor added tributes.
