WORLD DISARMAMENT
PREPARATION FOR GENEVA.
London, July 17.
In replying to a question in the House of Commons as to the countries which had forwarded to the League of Nations full information on their armaments, in preparation for the World Disarmament Conference next February, the Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Hugh Dalton, said that, in addition to that of the United States Government, the L tgue had received a communication from the Government of the Soviet Union. No other Government had yet replied to the Secretary-General's inquiry. The Minister added that it was hoped to communicate the British reply in the near future.
