By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 12.15 a.m. Melbourne, July 24. W. J. Fowler, Ballarat, won the Victorian professional golf championship over 36 holes by defeating R. Jupp two up. There was an unusual number of stymies, but Fowler had the worst of the exchanges.
