RATES, 1931-1932. pUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “The Rating Act, 1925,” and the amendments thereto, “The Counties Act, 1920,” and the amendments ! thereto, and the “Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1926,” it is the intention of the Council of the County of Egmont at the Ordinary Monthly Meeting of the Council to be held, at the County Chambers, Opunake, on TUESDAY, the Uth day of August, 1931, to make and levy the following rates on the Capital Value of all rateable property within the respective ridings of the County for the period of twelve months from the Ist day of April, 1931, to the 31st day of March, 1932, namely: OEO RIDING—A General Rate of One penny half-penny (ljd) in the £, and a Hospital and Charitable Aid Rate of One farthing (Jd) in the £. OPUA RIDING—A General Rate of One penny half-penny, (lid) in the £, and a Hospital and Charitable Aid Rate of One farthing (id) in the £. RAHOTU RIDING—A General Rate of One penny three farthings (Ifd) in the £, and a Hospital and Charitable Aid Rate of One farthing (id) in the £. NEV/ALL RIDING—A General Rate of One and five-eighths pence (Igd) in the £, and a Hospital and Charitable Aid Rg.te of One farthing (|d) in. the £.
