PRIVATE BILLS IN PARLIAMENT.

When the House of Representatives met at 2.30 Mr. G. C. Black (Ind., Motueka) gave notice to intrdouce a Public Hospitals Assistance Bill, The Deaths by Accident Compensation Bill was introduced by the Hon. W. Downie Stewart (Ref., Dunedin West) and read a first time. The Minister of Health, the Hpn. A. JStallworthy, gave notice to introduce the Auckland and Suburban Drainage Amendment Bill.
