L. MATCH IN GOOD WEATHER. MACDIARMID CUP FINALISTS. The New Plymouth Ladies’ Golf Club played a L.G.U. inatch in ideal conditions at Waiwakaiho yesterday. Miss M. Smart returned the best senior card and three juniors who tied will play a final in conjunction with next Tuesday’s game. The best cards were:— Seniors.
In a semi-final of the Mae Diarmid Cup contest Miss Cameron defeated Miss Thomson, 2 up. Miss Dell and Miss Cameron will play the final at 12.30 to-morrow if tl ■ weather is suitable.
