British Wireless. Rugby, June 6. Questioned regarding the decision of the League el Nations Council to lefci to the Permanent Court of Intermitional Justice the question of the proposed Austro-German customs union, Mr. A. Henderson, Foreign Secretary, stated that the advisory opinion of the Court would be available about the end of August, in time for the next meeting of the League Council.
