Rec. 8.30 p.m. London, June 8. The Daily Herald’s financial editor says New Zealand is to be congratulated on the detailed information given in the prospectus for the £5,000,000 loan. An important point is that a considerable portion of the loan is to be spent in Britain. The Morning Post similarly praises the frankness of the prospectus. The Financial Times in pointing out the attractive terms and first-class security also emphasises that a considerable portion of the money is to be spent in Britain on the purchase of material'and plant.
