WAGES CUT IN GOLD MINES
ORDER TO OPERATE AT WAIHI.
By Telegraph.- -Press Association. Waihi, Juno 6. The four industrial unions in Waihi have been notified by the Waihi Gold Mining Company that , the 10 per cent, reduction will be applied to all wages and contract prices from Monday. The unions concerned are miners’, carpenters’, engineers’ anti engine-drivers’.
