HOSPITAL WAGE REDUCTION
N. CANTERBURY TAKES ACTION. TEN PER CENT. CUT DECIDED ON. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, April 29. The North Canterbury Hospital Board to-day decided on a 10 per cept. reduction of salaries, after a two hours’ keen debate in which four amendments were put forward, mostly by Labour members.
