FAIR TO FINE, COLD WEATHER.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The weather should be fair io fine generally and cohl to-night but tem.peraturcc may rise to-morrow, says the weather forecast. An anti-cyclone is moving on to New Zealand and the pressure is falling over eastern Australia. Moderate southerly winds, veering later to northerly in and south of Cook Strait, arc probable. There will be a considerable southerly swell on the east coast but etec where seas will be smooth to moderate.
