The Opihi loaded at Dunedin on Monday for New Plymouth, via southern ports. She is due at New Plymouth about Saturday and will sail the same day to Wellington. (U.S.S. Co.) The Kanna is due at New Plymouth from Greymouth and Westport about Sunday with 200 tons of coal. From New Plymouth the vessel will proceed to Auckland. (U.S.S. Co.) The John is scheduled to load at Dunedin to-morrow for New Plymouth, via Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington. The vessel is due at New Plymouth on March 4 and will later proceed to Port Waikato. After discharging an English cargo and loading 24,000 freight carcases of meat and 5000 crates of cheese at New Plymouth, the New Zealand Shipping Company’s vessel Ruapehu sailed yesterday morning for Oamaru to continue loading for British markets. TAIROA IN PORT. The Shaw, Savili and Albion vessel Tairoa, from Auckland, berthed at the Moturoa wharf yesterday after waiting off New Plymouth since Sunday night for the Ruapehu to vacate the Moturoa. berth. The vessel has 1675 tons of Antwerp slag for discharge at New Plymouth. She will also load 10,196 boxes of butter and 6600 crates of cheese at New Plymouth before sailing for Oamaru. about Saturday. The vessel’s other loading ports are Timaru, Wellington, Lyttelton and Auckland, which latter port the vessel is scheduled to clear on March 25 for London, via the Panama Canal. MATAROA DUE TO-DAY. Messrs. Newton King, Ltd., advise that the Shaw, Savili and Albion vessel Mataroa is scheduled to arrive off Nsw Pjymouth at 6 a.m. this morning from Auckland to load 8500 boxes of butter and 9000 crates of cheese. It is probable that the vessel will not berth until the evening, as the Cambridge’s present 'berth, which the vessel will fill, will probably not become vacant until the evening. The vessel will later proceed to Wellington, which port she will leave finally for Southampton and London on March 11. Captain W. A. R. The Union Company advise that repairs to the motor vessel Hauraki should be completed this afternoon, in which case the vessel will sail immediately for Auckland, where she will be docked. CAMBRIDGE TO DEPART. . The Federal Line vessel Cambridge which has been at New Plymouth during the past week, is now scheduled to sail for Wellington, Gisborne and Auckland from which latter port she is to be dispatched for London on March 5. The vessel discharged a quantity of slag at New Plymouth,, and after rebattening loaded 30,000 freight carcases of meat, 2500 boxes of butter and 4000 crates of cheese to the 'agency of the Union Company. i ■■ -..—. - H.M.S.
