DISARMAMENT CONFERENCE
GENERAL INVITATION HOPED. British Wireless. Rugby, Feb. 17. Questioned in the House of Commons on the composition of the coming international disarmament conference Mr. Arthur Henderson, the Foreign Secretary, said it was presumed that . all members of the League of Nations would be represented and he anticipated that non-miembers w'ho participated .in the work of the preparatory commission would also attend. The Government hoped that all. States desiring to take part would be invited.
