Napibr, Feb. 12. The Napier Daily Telegraph makes its re-appiatanco to-day. The paper, whose premises ahd plant were totally destroyed jii the earthquake and fire, had sufficient plant to carry on rushed, to Napier by train and motor lorrieß from various parts of the North Island. The staff has been working day and night to bring out the first issue arid the managferijerit’s determination to re-es-tablish its service will be realised this afternoon. The first copy will be off the press at three o’clock. Arrangements have been made for distribution over the whole of Hawke s Bay and to the refugees in Palmerston North. A four page sheet, each, of six column?, will be produced until the necessary organisation is carried out.
