TAIERI RIVER FLOODING
SEVERAL FARMS UNDER WATER.
OUTRAM LINE TRAINS DELAYED.

Dunedin, Feb. 4.
Heavy rain in the back country has caused the Taieri River to rise and in the riverside district several farms arc under water. In the same district the Outram railway line is covered with water and trains are not likely to get through before Friday.
