FINE, WARM WEATHER.

Wellington, Last Night. ■ The weather will be fair to fine generally, and warmer. A moderate anticyclone is. located over the Dominion, and a fresh depression. is advancing across the south Tasman Sea. An intense tropical cyclone is centred off the Queensland coast and is apparently moving southwards. There will be moderate southerly winds veering to west and north-west in and south of Cook Strait, and later freshening. Seas will be rather rough between Akaroa and East Cape, but moderate and smooth to moderate elsewhere. ‘
