BRITON ARRESTED IN GERMANY.
'POSSESSED' THIRTY PASSPORTS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Berlin, Jan. 28. The Frankfurt police have arrested a Briton who made a lot of money by a novel method. He possessed 30 passports in .different names and- travelled in Europe, insuring his luggage against lock and robbery, and either stole it himself or arranged for an accomplice to steal it. Then' he claimed the insurance.
