GALA DAY PREPARATIONS. Preparations for the gala day at th« East End Reserve to-morrow were; made at a meeting of the East End Bathing Reserve Committee Jast night. •There were present: Messrs. •A. R. Milne (chairman), J. S. Lister, J. Sharrock, J. Mylroi, J..C. Clarke, F.‘Ci Nicolson, Collinge, Draper, F. Eaddy, H. Abbott, G. Allen, H. Bulmer and -T. G. Bole (secretary). Suggestions from the social ■ ’.Ottimittee were considered and arrangeLHeirts for tKe gala, day planned- SMr. Njcholson was appointed to assist th® secretary. Thanks were tendered, thosewh6 made donations. ’ J The'following officials were appointed for to-morrow.—Treasure, hunt and concealed numbers, Messrs. Lister, Nicholson and Riding; box ball, Mr. Allen. A “handy man” committee was also appointed and a working bee will be held this evening to prepare for th®; gala day.
