MOTOR-CYCLIST KILLED
CRASH ON HAMILTON ROAD CYCLE AND SIDE-CAR CAPSIZE. »..-i /■-- PASSENGER SERIOUSLY INJURED. By Telecraph.—Press Association. Hamilton, Dec.- 19. The driver of a inotor-cycle was killed outright and a passenger in the sidecar was admitted to hospital in a serious condition as the result of a cycle crashing oil the Hamilton-Cam-bridge Road in 'the. early hours of this morning. ' ’ ■ ■ The motor-cycle was returning. from a Cambridge dance . and, im-passing a vehicle while negotiating a .corner three miles from Cambridge, careered on, running off the road Arid capsizing. The driver of the motor-cycle, Henry Arthur J. Hooper, 30, single,- a newsagent of Hamilton, was killefi. The passenger in the sidecar,' Thonias Kelly, aged 26, a bootmaker, of Hamilton East, was admitted to hospital with a' fractured skull. His condition is serious.. Miss Horne, who was also fin the side-car. escaped uninjured. - /
