MIDGET GOLF AT WAITARA.
The public of Waitara and district is invited to the opening of the midget golf course - in Devine’s Buildng, Waitara, tonight. The course is one of the very best in the Dominion, and is on a par with that opened at Inglewood last’ night, which was a brilliant success. A special feature of the Waitara course is the wonderful landscape painting by the artist who decorated the Civic Theatre, Auckland. A special exhibition match will be played between A. E. George (Mayor of Waitara) and the club captain,, W. B. Glasgow. Another attraction will be the special team of B. L. Joll, Hawera, which challenges all-comers. ■ This is a great chance for the public to see how the game should be played.
