CHARGES OF SHEEP STEALING.
, Charges qf stealing two sheep on December 4 and a sheep’on December 12 at Inglewood were made .against two young), men, Clarence Groweott and Thomas John Withers, who appeared at the New Plvmoilt’h Police Court yesterday before, Mr. R. W. Tflte, S.M. As ■the police were unable to proceed with tfief case at the timte the accused were remanded until January 21, bail being renewed.
Failure to give way to traffic approachihg from the right at-Moturoa-.resulted in Herbert Cyril Hudson being fined £2, with costs amounting to 10s. Out of a collision between his car and a car driven by Mrs. A. F. Smith at the intersection of Courtenay and Eliot Streets on November 18 a similar charge arose against Lotiis George Andrews. He was fined £3. Costs totalled £1 Is.
