By Telegraph—Press ASsn-—Copyright. Launceston, December 16. . Militant tactics were adopted by unemployed when a deputation of 39 forced its way into the office of the Chief Secretary, Mr. James. The meu were advised to keep their hats on because to fake them off implied servility. The minister said he had no intention of hearing the deputation while its members adopted such a domineering, attitude. ■ He immediately left the building. The men took charge of the ministerial rooms and sang “The Red Flag” and ■other songs. ~ . . 1
