Brown, J.' G. W. Haughton and H. ‘j. Abram (honorary secretary). ' / ■ The treasurer reported that the gross takings for the Hawke Cup' match were £27 14s fid. Information was - received ;that the Victoria University College eleven; }yosd ; arrive at Hawera on December 30 for the match against South Taranaki’ and' on January. 1 for tho match-against North Taranaki. Mr. Bottrill vias appointed manager of tho North Taranaki—Victoria College match and Messrs. Jackson, Sheppard and Haughton were appointed a sub-, committee. ■ . . \ Th® division decided that the team named first in the paper should be the homo team for the match, should pre* pare the wicket and supply the ball, The next meeting night was- fixed f6t January 6, . ;’S|
