REDUCTION OF BUDGET GRANT/ By Telegraph—Press Assn.:—Copyright. - ? Washington, Dec. 4. While Air, Hoover’s Budget message allotted to, the Navy Department only £5,660,000 for construction in 1032, a reduction of £5,702,400 compared with the appropriations for the current fiscal year, it is learned that Mr. Hoover has given his tacit approval to a separate £24,000,000 naval construction programme, which will be submitted to Congress in .the .present session.
