SPORTS EUCHRE PARTY. The Sportsground Improvement Committee’s second euchre party on Wednesday evening proved a great success. The profit will considerably help in the effort to improve and buy implements for the grounds. Twenty-one and a-half tables were engaged and the winners were Miss R. George 1, Mrs. G. Goddard 2, Mrs. Cooper consolation; Mr. E. Tate 1, Mr. L. Cromer 2, Mr. L. Sarten consolation. At the cqpclusion of euchre an enjoyable two hours’ dance was held to music supplied by Mr. Parker (piano), Mr. Wells and Mrs. Locke (violins) and Mr. S. George (cornet).
