Mr. Johnson, chairman of the Immigration Committee of the Houee of Representatives, has introduced legislation to-day to suspend all immigration for five years. ’ <1 The Bill is identical with the resolqA tion of Senator Reed, Republican of' Pennsylvania, except that the suspension period has been increased froip two to five years.
