RIVAL TAXIS GO TO LAW
APPLICATION FOR INJUNCTION. By Telegraph.—Preps Association. Christchurch, Dec. 4. Rival taxi firms were at law to-day when C. S. Trillo, proprietor of the Gold Band Taxis, sought an injunction restraining William Dick, of Gold Crown Taxis, from using the title “Gold Crown Taxis.” It was claimed that the use of this title was detrimental to plaintiff’s business. , ’ ' . Decision was reserved by Air. Justice Adams.
